I had a great encounter here the staff was helpful and to help my wife and I conclude our buisness there they stayed at after than necessary to get us geared up and on our way. They were patient and overall it was a helpful pleasant experience. We purchased a 6x12 utility trailer from them. They had several options for purchase and they have a wide variety of sizes and brands, from utility trailers to dump trailers and very nice enclosed trailers that, in my opinion are relatively budget friendly. Do I recommend? Absolutely. Am i going back? Count on it, I have my eye st on this beautiful enclosed unit. Thank you for helping me. ~ James R

I bought a 2012 Kia Sportage from I-Deal a little over a month ago for my wife, and the buying experience was great here. Felicia was to the point, and explained everything we needed to know, as well as answered questions on the warranty we were given. It was a busy Saturday and I felt like she took care of my wife and myself efficiently while also handling multiple customers at the same time. We drove off the lot that day with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. You have to have the proper expectations when going in to a buy here pay here situation, and Jasmine, Felicia and the whole staff made sure we were taken care of. ~ Josh H

I was in the market for a cargo trailer. I was driving by and saw a lot of different trailers. I-Deal Cars and Trailers has all kinds of trailers. They can accommodate anybody or any business in need. They said if they don’t have it they could get it. The trailers were very good quality and the prices were more than reasonable. In fact they were the best I found. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I even got a Yeti cooler free, just by spending over $4500. We have been in the market for a trailer for sometime when my husband ran across something on Facebook for I-Deal trailers. We had already shopped around several places and were unable to find what we were looking for, for the price we wanted. We took the hour drive last Saturday to check out I-Deal. I bought a 2010 Infiniti G37S from Ideal Cars. Hands down the best car dealer in the Wake Forest/Raleigh area. Jasmine was very polite with me throughout the entire transaction. Awesomely amazing! Everyone in there is absolutely amazing! I needed a car same day and they were able to help me get into one and I’m in love with it! I went in there with 1 thing that was a must have(third row seating) they had 1!!!! Greg was straight up with features and prices. First place I went to look for a dump trailer. Answered my questions. I told him I was going to look some more and would let him know. He printed anymore qoute and said that would be fine call him if I had anymore questions. All this done in about 30 minutes. They got me the exact single axle heavy duty dump trailer that I was looking for. They handled all of the paperwork, license plate, registration, taxes, etc. This was nice because I did not have to deal with the DMV. They covered all the bases and it was very convenient!
