Awesome experience with I-Deal Trailers in Wake Forest! I recently purchased a new 16’ dump trailer from them, and the entire process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions, made the buying process simple, and made sure everything was ready to go when I picked up the trailer. Great customer service and a great overall buying experience. I had a great encounter here the staff was helpful and to help my wife and I conclude our buisness there they stayed at after than necessary to get us geared up and on our way. They were patient and overall it was a helpful pleasant experience. We purchased a 6x12 utility trailer from them. They had several options for purchase and they have a wide variety of sizes and brands, from utility trailers to dump trailers and very nice enclosed trailers that, in my opinion are relatively budget friendly. Do I recommend? Absolutely. Am i going back? Count on it, I have my eye st on this beautiful enclosed unit. Thank you for helping me. ~ James R

I bought a 2012 Kia Sportage from I-Deal a little over a month ago for my wife, and the buying experience was great here. Felicia was to the point, and explained everything we needed to know, as well as answered questions on the warranty we were given. It was a busy Saturday and I felt like she took care of my wife and myself efficiently while also handling multiple customers at the same time. We drove off the lot that day with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Okay, so I have looked far and wide for the exact trailer that I wanted, and I found them.Yeah, several states away.And by the time I paid any kind of destination fee, the cost was going to be exceeding the cost of my local supplier, which gave me the very best product at the very best price. I thought I could go somewhere else, but you know what an illusion that was, you can't go anywhere else and get the kind of deal that I got on the kind of product that I got which was a specialty item; a deck over tilt trailer for my heavy equipment and my small equipment needs!! I drove by this trailer shop on my way to Leonard's and observed a very good selection from the road. Both shops are close to one another on Capital Blvd. I went to Leonard's first because I had already bought a trailer from them a few years ago and was familiar with their products. I walked their lot, didn't see many options for dump trailers, or anyone to talk to about their trailers, so I decided to circle back to I-Deal Trailers. I am very happy I did. I left with a beautiful, high quality dump trailer at a very reasonable price. The process was seamless and the atmosphere is upbeat/ friendly. I was greeted in the lot, my questions were answered, we landed on a perfect trailer for my business, and I was in & out within 30 minutes with a new trailer attached to my truck, a temp tag, and complete operation instructions. I recently purchased a dump trailer from here and the experience from start to finish was spectacular. I told them what I was wanting and they walked me through the options without trying to upsell anything. I got the perfect trailer for my needs and they walked me through all the features and how to use it multiple times. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a trailer of any size. I was in the market for a cargo trailer. I was driving by and saw a lot of different trailers. I-Deal Cars and Trailers has all kinds of trailers. They can accommodate anybody or any business in need. They said if they don’t have it they could get it. The trailers were very good quality and the prices were more than reasonable. In fact they were the best I found. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I even got a Yeti cooler free, just by spending over $4500. We have been in the market for a trailer for sometime when my husband ran across something on Facebook for I-Deal trailers. Awesomely amazing! Everyone in there is absolutely amazing! I needed a car same day and they were able to help me get into one and I’m in love with it! I went in there with 1 thing that was a must have(third row seating) they had 1!!!! Even though it was quite ready we were able to look at it and decide and they pushed it along and we drove off the lot happy as ever! Greg was straight up with features and prices. First place I went to look for a dump trailer. Answered my questions. I told him I was going to look some more and would let him know. He printed anymore qoute and said that would be fine call him if I had anymore questions. All this done in about 30 minutes. They got me the exact single axle heavy duty dump trailer that I was looking for. They handled all of the paperwork, license plate, registration, taxes, etc. This was nice because I did not have to deal with the DMV. They covered all the bases and it was very convenient!
